
On Wednesday I went back the short 10-day training camp in Zakopane. As the other players either have to work on the JW, or went to Sweden, drove in two camps - that is me with "Lord Tadkiem" or "coach" Rutkowski.
Not that I'm complaining, but the group somehow livelier.

Nothing but a train! This was by far the best grouping of overtraining this winter. In previous issues I had slight pain calf during high speed training, so they had to let go. This time, they've already played, so I turn up the strong work.
If I had to cite a workout numbers varied between 3-4 hours per day and about 190km a week. Of course most of the running, but also a lot of time spent in the hall doing agility, strength and jumping and in gym.
few workouts that I'm very happy:
- 15km BC2 (for me it but BC4 just a matter of naming) with an average of 3:42 per km, but running on the hilly road where the worst km went up after 4:23
- 30 km in BC1
- second trip of about 24-25km, but this was mountainous
- podbiegi 3x14 minutes in BC5
- there were days that started at 7:10 meeting at the gym with fitness and circuits stacyjnymi, before noon OWB/BC1 100min during which I did 800m altitude difference, in the afternoon OWB 8km + R and this 50minut efficiency.

G eneralnie at the moment I'm happy with my form, and the only thing that I certainly lack is obiegania with a map in the forest.
This winter I did in the way of a good workout on the map.
