Zakopane and Iron III Birthdays We are having another training camp in Zakopane. This is the third this winter and I am not bored. As already mentioned, the first week I was close with your family at Kowalski, and later to "my second family":) 11 days in the Groniku WOSzKu. The first week was quite quiet, but as for me stew and Rutkowski joined the firm began running. It was already quite a few days with the proverbial "front 3" and surprisingly very easy for me it came. We started at the end of a run some speed and you can easily see that it ran at high speeds for a long time. As stated in our "bald magician calmly "...." we have time - everything goes to plan ...". I expect a sudden acceleration in the last training camp in March:)

Friday is the start of the next inspection - this time a classic race. I had a feeling that has not yet been to the right place (this was the case), and has already turned in the direction of further and further into the road. Well, but after all it was supposed to be running strong. so I do not want to slow down to look for:)
On Saturday morning quite a lot of running enthusiasts checked into Leszno, to take part in the first (after the reunion) Run Mountain "Leszno - Grzybowo. There were a nearly 150 people, of which about half the rate, the incomers. Fortunately, back off a little cold and the weather - in the context of recent frost - it was almost perfect for running. Could be running your own skin, the difficulty to convince the local trails abounding in many short and long hills which gave good marks to the participants in the race. I think a lot of people (despite my warnings) too scattered the relatively flat at the beginning and later on the hilly part of the dearly paid for (chojrakowanie) from the beginning. The substrate was not the ideal, but compared to what was still there the previous Sunday, and so the race was "miodzio.
