little time has passed since the Polish Championships and a total of some interesting events took place during this period.
First MP just after my operation, and Casper had so far ... .. and here ... knock on wood. everything is in the best order. You could say that the doctors "I corrected this child," and for that I am grateful to them, but generally our health service that is .... "Dej is not."
Secondly congratulations to our medalists EYOCu (Peter Parfianowicz) JWOCu (Hank Wisniewski and Monika Gajda), and for Anka Kaminska for winning gold at the World Championships in MTBO.
Now I have 18 days to training camp in St Moritz. The first training came to me pretty hard. One is the fact that we are quite high (blisko1900m), and another thing is that after two weeks, the hospital has come yet 1 week "repair" in the home and training willy-nilly go lightly on the back burner. To tell the truth and so it was to be a period in which planned to reduce the volume of training to gain energy and motivation for the second of the season. Fortunately after a few days everything was back to normal and I think that goes in the right direction. Now to me the last few days, but it verbatim strengths. Today I run a 40 minute runs in the BC2, tomorrow I'm going 8km 3 range - nearly in the head, taking off in the afternoon midelku - for gas, and on Friday 5x1000m + 5x500m and also probably in the head :)
But luckily just short on Saturday and return to wybieganko domciu.
In the meantime, I have decided to resign from the race in this year's World Championships in Norway. There was no way I should go to the June grouping to Trondheim (hospital), and this was an important point in preparing for the start, but the most important reason was that after we WOC - also in Norway - CISM Military World Championships. I recall that now we are three weeks in Switzerland, one week later at home and had to be 3 weeks in Norway. As for me, it is too much in so little time and decided to focus on the CISMie starts. I'm old already:)
