If you think that you are strong, that super you move the walls in the forest, I recommend the technical training of Mt! This area, especially its upper part will verify your current disposition. Yesterday along with stewing and Ada zafundowaliśmy a tour of Lower Silesia. Courtesy Silesians - who have provided us with a map - we could the technical training to jog on the map "picaresque cave". This was truly a pleasure in the spring scenery (for there is nothing of Mt Snow, Leszno and yet it is 10cm in the forest.) And why "Dominator"? Well, because in my opinion, this is the most demanding (mapped) site in Poland in terms of running gear. Of course I'm talking about those parts of the rock, where a combination of liquid running while reading the map is no mean feat. But because "this is what tigers like the most," we were fully satisfied. Ps. Zigzags on the contour due to the fact that I put those points and I had to make sure as to the location:)
poszwędaliśmy After training a little bit of Wroclaw in anticipation of the five stage Wroclaw O-Fight Night , a night orienteering the parks of Wroclaw. This time the organizers have prepared a mass start at a relatively long - for this cycle - from - 3.8 km. Race night, start mass, its about 100 people, three TV stations, several radio operators and more photographers from various newspapers. What else can I add .... probably only so much that I regret I started not on the previous editions, and would not be able to compete in the next, because I will be at training camp. Superb fun, yet super workout. Long time since I ran the map on a similar scale so I admit that I did not quite grasp the problems with all the information so quickly. Land, who in the day probably is relatively trivial, it ceases to be so easy with a limited field of vision at night, plus a very curvy route - that requires constant concentration on the order of crossing points - led to the fact that the reading of the codes are not always enough time. Unfortunately quite a few people bitterly convinced of it at the finish. Results Super day ....... Wrocławiaki thanks:)
